As a civil litigator who specializes in personal injury and insurance related matters Daniel often draws on his past experience working directly for insurance companies.

He graduated from Queen's University in 2007. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Bond University in Australia and completed his Canadian Accreditation in 2012. Following his call to the bar in 2013, Daniel worked exclusively as an insurance defence lawyer for a boutique firm in Toronto. As a former insurance defence counsel Daniel has a unique and intimate knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate and compensate claims, allowing him to provide unique and knowledgeable advocacy for his clients

Daniel joined the BT Legal team in 2015 and has devoted his practice to all areas of Personal Injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs, including motor vehicle accident claims, disability claims and Canadian Pension Plan, occupier's liability claims, product liability claims, medical malpractice and accident benefit claims.

Daniel is a passionate civil litigator and is committed to helping clients through their difficult time, and works diligently to make certain they receive the compensation they are entitled to.
